各位听众，提到神经肌肉疾病，也许您并不熟悉，但是您一定对史帝芬。霍金，那位轮椅上的科学巨人有印象。正是这种病，令这位科学奇才全身只有手指能够活动。据了解，神经肌肉疾病在全世界人群的发病率是3千分之一到4千分之一。在一些发达国家，健康卫生机构提供了从科研医疗监护到智力开发心理辅导全方位的服务，而在国内，这种疾病却还是盲点和冰点。朱常青，一个不屈从于命运的女人开始了破冰之旅。请听报道：
由于肌肉日渐萎缩无力，神经肌肉疾病的患者也许无法上下楼梯、也许不能打开一罐可乐、甚至也许有一天难以自由地呼吸，然而受尽病痛折磨的同时，最令他们痛苦的，还有埋藏在心中的孤独绝望。有些年幼的患者从来没有踏足学校，没有拥有过同龄人的友谊；有些患病的成年人被学校劝退，被职场拒绝，没有一双温暖的手扶他们一把。
2002年4月的一天，中国肌肉疾病网站成立了，通过网站，患者、家属、专家和社会有心人有了一个交流的平台，得到最新的医疗讯息。孤独的患者有了一个共同的家。
这个网站，是一名大学女教师领头创立的，而这名女教师竟然是一位难以从容走上一步的肌无力患者：（实况： 2001年的时候，我已经是副高了，今后的路该怎么走，是继续单打独斗的为一个学术头衔，还是去做一件对自己,对社会有益的事情。我的情况在中国不是一个人，还有更多的人是比我更困难的。）
带着这种使命感，朱常青用坚毅的性格支撑起一个孱弱的身体，倾其所有，奔走呼吁。在她的组织下，2001年，中国唯一的神经肌肉患者交流论坛成立，2002年，中国肌肉疾病唯一的专业网站成立病友们亲切地称她为“朱总坛主”；，目前访问量已经达到17万；2003年，上海二工大团委成立了为年少患者送教上门的志愿者团队；二医大、上外、复旦、华东政法等学校的同学开展了志愿者服务，为他们翻译资料、带他们走出家门，中医药大学针推学院组建推拿志愿者的团队培训后为无法就医的病友“送推拿康复上门”,上外的志愿者谢立欣说：（实况：她即使在住院的时候，也一直指挥我们各学校的志愿者服务队开展工作。）2002年到去年间，神经肌肉疾病恳谈会连续3年召开。
在朱老师的计划里，还有那么多的事情要去做：（实况：我们中国可能有450万病人，上海也有不低于5万的病人，我一个人去帮助他们不现实，这样就需要一个机构，不光是病友、我们的专家、科研工作者团结起来，能够帮助到更多的人。）
在不断获得社会关注的同时，朱常青过着清苦的日子，额外的开支常常让她入不敷出。大学生志愿者送教上门的交通费、网站的维护、每年一次的恳谈会等等，都需要钱，朱常青仍在“化缘”，仍在奔走，在车厢里跌跌撞撞、在陌生的城市里慢慢摸索，一块石头就可能把她绊倒，她却走得那样急切。

Good morning, everyone. Maybe you are not familiar with neuro-muscular diseases. However, you must have heard of the scientific giant who uses a wheelchair, Stephen Hawking. It's just this kind of disease that makes him able only to move his fingers. It's said that 1 person out of 3000 to 4000 in
the population of the world have the possibility to suffer a neuro-muscular disease.
In some developed countries, health care organizations provide a full range of services from scientific research and medical care to mental development to psychological tutorship. In our country, such kind of disease is still in a blind spot. Zhu Changqing, a lady who never gives in to fate, begins her breaking ice journey.

Due to the weaker and weaker condition of the muscles day by day,neuro-muscular disease patients are unable to climb stairs and may even have no strength to open a can of Coca-Cola. Maybe one day, they cannot breath freely. Suffering from this disease, they find the most painful point is the
loneliness and hopelessness at the bottom of their hearts. Some young patients have no opportunity to go to school. They have no friendships with their peers. Some adults patients are even persuaded to drop from school or are refused jobs. No pair of warm hands come to help them.
The MDA China website began in April, 2002. Through this website, patients,family members, experts, and other concerned people can communicate and get updated medical information. Lonely patients have a common family through this website. This website was begun by a pioneer female university teacher.To our surprise, this female teacher herself is also a neuro-muscular disease patient who also has trouble getting around.
Zhu Changqing said, ﾒI had been a Deputy Professor in the year 2001 but when I went to the Ph.D. examination, I was refused because of the weakness of my body. This urged me to think about the future, to fight for my Ph.D. degree and to do other things to contribute to the society and to help myself.
My case is not the only one in China. I know there are many more others for whom life is even tougher.~~Itﾕs this sense of responsibility and a tenacious character that made Zhu Changqing give her full attention to seek and appeal for support even with her own weak body. In 2002, the first communication forum for patients with neuro-muscular diseases in China was organized by Ms.
Zhu. Patients kindly call her General Forum Leader Zhu. In 2002, the first professional website for neuro-muscular diseases was founded. Up to now, 160 thousand people have visited this website. In 2003, volunteer teams were set up to teach young patients at their homes by the Youth League of the Second Polytechnic University. At the same time, volunteers from Second Medical University, Shanghai International Studies University, Fudan University, and East China Law and Politics University began to carry out volunteer services such as translating the materials, massage, taking the patients on day trips from their home. A volunteer from Shanghai International Studies University named Xie Lixin said, "Even when Ms. Zhu is ill, she still conducts our voluntary activities from the hospital."
Since 2002, a Symposium of the MDA China has been conducted. There are still a lot to do in Ms. Zhu's plan. She said, "It's estimated that there are 4.5 million neuro-muscular disease patients in China and there are not less than 50 thousand neuro-muscular disease patients in Shanghai. It's not practical that I can help all of them only by myself. It needs an organization to get the patients, experts and scientific researchers together. In this way, more people can get help." Ms. Zhu is getting more and more attention from all walks of life. Meanwhile, she is living a hard life. Extra expenses make her unable to make ends meet. Everything needs money, such as the transportation fees for the project of Teaching the Little Patients at Home, the maintenance of the MDA China Website, and the yearly administration of the Symposium of the MDA China. Zhu Changqing asks for help from everyone. Though she cannot stand steadily on the bus, she still searches for help throughout the city.Though she can easily trip over a small stone, she walks so eagerly.

Le 1er janvier, le reportage suivant a été diffusé à sept heures dans l’émission « Actualités du Matin » à la Radio Orientale, et rediffusé pour la deuxième fois à huit heures dans l’émission « L’Enquête de Nouvel Evénement».
Cher auditoire, quant à la MD(Muscular Dystrophy--la Maladie Nerveuse et Musculaire), il est possible qu’il vous semble étranger. Mais, vous êtes certainement impressionné par Stephen Hawkins — le « colosse » dans un fauteuil roulant. C’était exactement cette maladie-là qui l’a handicapé. Il ne pouvait plus bouger que les doigts. D’après les recherches, une personne sur trois ou quatre milles personnes dans le monde, une sera frappée par la MD. Dans des pays développés, les établissements de santé et d’hygiène offrent des services complets, y compris les unités de la recherche scientifique, le service médical, curatif et tutorial, le développement d’intelligence et surtout l’aide psychologique. Mais en Chine, cette maladie reste un domaine non abordé. Madame ZHU Chang Qing, une femme qui ne se soumet jamais à la fatalité, a commencé son travail innovent.
Au fur et à mesure que l’atrophie et la faiblesse musculaire s’aggravent, il arrive que certains patients atteints de MD ne puissent plus monter ou descendre les escaliers, ni ouvrir une canette de soda, ni même respirer librement. Mais ils sont tourmentés par la maladie, ce qui leur donnent les plus grandes douleurs, ce sont la solitude et le désespoir au fond de leur cœur. De jeunes patients ne sont jamais allés à l’école et ils n’ont pas d’ami de leur âge. Ils sont re-jetés par leur école et la société. Personne ne leur tend la main.
L’année 2002, en avril, le site Web de MD en Chine a été créé. Par ce site Web, les patients et leur entourage peuvent non seulement communiquer avec les médecins spécialistes et les publics qui les manquaient, mais aussi être informés des nouvelles médicales. Le site Web devient une autre famille pour tous les patients.
Ce site Web était établi sous la conduite d’un professeur féminin. Elle est également une patiente de MD qui ne peut pas faire un seul pas toute seule.
Madame ZHU Chang Qing: ‘ L’année 2001,j’étais déjà le professeur adjoint. Qu’est-ce que je dois faire après ? Continuer mon travail dans l’université et gagner un autre titre ou bien faire quelque chose bienfaisante pour moi-même et pour la société? Je ne suis pas la seule patiente de MD en Chine, il y a beaucoup d’autres malades qui sont dans une situation plus difficile que moi.’
Madame ZHU Chang Qing qui possède ses caractères forts prend ce travail comme un devoir personnel en ignorant sa mauvaise santé. Elle a dépensé toutes ses économies et a cherché des donateurs un peu partout. L’année 2001, grâce à son organisation, le seul forum en Chine pour la communication des patients de MD s’était établi. L’année 2002, le seul site Web de MD en Chine avait également été fondé. Madame Zhang est appelée aimablement par les patients comme ‘Présidente Zhu’. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, le site Web a été visité 170000 fois. L’année 2003, dans la Deuxième Université Industrielle de Shanghai, un groupe de volontaires s’est créé pour enseigner à domicile aux jeunes patients sous l’initiative de la Commission des Communistes Junior. Des services bénévoles sont offerts par des étudiants de la Deuxième Université Médicale, l’Université des Langues Etrangères de Shanghai, l’Université Fu Dan et l’Université Politique et Juridique dans l’Est de la Chine. Ils les aident à traduire des documents et les accompagnent à se promener. L’Institut de l’Acupuncture et de la Kinésithérapie de l’Université de la Médecine et la Pharmaceutique Chinoises ont mis en place un groupe de volontaires qui font des kinésithérapies (massages, mobilisations) à domicile gratuitement pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas aller à l’hôpital.
XIE Li Xing, une volontaire de l’Université des Langues Etrangères de Shanghai, qui est très touchée en parlant de Mme ZHU, ‘Même quand elle était malade dans l’hôpital, elle ordonnait aux volontaires de continuer nos activités bénévoles.’ Entre l’année 2002 et l’année dernière, le forum de MD a été convoqué successivement trois fois.
Dans le projet du professeur ZHU, il y aura beaucoup de choses à faire : ‘Il y a 4500000 patients de MD en Chine, et à Shanghai, plus de 50000 personnes sont frappés par cette maladie. Ce n’est pas possible que je les aide toute seule, donc un établissement sera nécessaire. Non seulement l’unité de patients, de médecins spécialistes et de scientifique, mais aussi l’aide de différentes ressources sont indispensables. ’
Quand MDA a attiré de plus en plus d’attention de la société, Madame ZHU Chang Qing mène une vie très difficile. Il y a toujours des dépenses supplémentaires qu’elle ne peut pas payer avec ses recettes. Les dépenses de circulation des étudiants bénévoles qui enseignent les patients chez eux, l’entretien du site Web et le forum de chaque année, tous demandent d’argent. Madame ZHU Chang Qing continue à demander des patronages partout. Elle continue à zigzaguer difficilement dans l’autobus. Elle continue à tenter la chance dans des villes étrangères. Elle est si faible qu’une pierre puisse la faire tomber, mais elle ne s’arrête jamais de s'avancer.
